To mark the fourth and final day of Taste Salisbury, Salisbury City Council is hosting Foodie Sunday on Sunday 1 October from 10am until 4pm!
Located in Salisbury Market Place, the event will be an all-day food and drink extravaganza featuring a fantastic array of local food producers and suppliers.
Get inspiration for your future cooking creations with fab food demos, tastings and local chefs at the demo kitchen stage. Fancy some live music? Visit the music stage showcasing great local live performances throughout the day.
New for 2023
- If an eating contest is more up your street, enter into the challenges on the day and see if you can win against the other contestants and achieve an unbeatable score!
- Some of the food stalls will be offering smaller portions for smaller tummies, if purchased along an adult portion.
The Great Salisbury Bake Off
If you wow your friends and family with your cake baking skills, then why not enter The Great Salisbury Bake Off 2023. Simply bring your creation to Foodie Sunday and enter one of the categories (Under 16 & 16 and Over), for your chance to win a great prize. And don’t forget, all dietary variations are welcome!
The event will also host a large variety of food vendors that cater for all tastes including vegan and gluten free options. Enjoy international tastes including Indian, Chinese, Thai and Mexican food and sample an assortment of sweet treats such as pancakes, doughnuts, ice cream and more.
Once you’ve worked up a thirst don’t forget to stop off at the beer tent, sponsored by Gritchie Brewing Company, and relax with a tasty tipple.
Foodie Sunday is part of Taste Salisbury which celebrates the wonderful variety of food and drink venues, producers and sellers that can be found in the city and local region. Salisbury City Council are working in partnership with Experience Salisbury and Salisbury BID to bring you four days of foodie festivities taking place from 28th September in Salisbury.
